Our position as the technology leader in truck-loading cranes is the result of decades of research and development in all areas: movement geometry, electronics, paintwork technology, materials engineering, processing and production technology.
As a Group which has defined innovation as a key element of its corporate strategy, PALFINGER invests considerable sums every year in research and development. Beyond the various business sectors, around 50 staff are continuously engaged in an extremely wide range of further and new developments. PALFINGER also regularly participates in collaborative projects with polytechnics and universities.
PALFINGER currently holds a total of 37 patents – from AOS to the OSK overload protection system.
